We began with glue tabs positioned to reduce the area to a managable size. The dent came out great and was repaired within an hour.

09 G8 wreck
This is a personal car that we are beginning to repair at our body shop in Trussville. We did not want to cut the quarters and repalce them so our body man (who was a bit reluctant) was assigned this job and crowned the king of sheet metal. I’ll update the final pictures.

Minor collision repair on ML 500
This Mercedes was backed into and the damaged was behind the bumper as well as the bumper and rear body panel. We have to straighten the panel and refinish the paint and repair the bumper. We will PDR most of the damage, this way we use less filler and save money for the customer.
We’ll have to take the bumper off to access the damage behind it and to ensure proper paint quality. To save money (at customers request) we will only refinish the corner of the bumper where the damage is located. By not painting the entire bumper we save the customer (who is paying without insurance) around $150. We still offer him a lifetime warranty on the paint and when we’re done there will be no evidence of a blend. I’ll update the pictures later when we’re done.
This will be a 2 1/2 day job.

Repairing an Airplane Dent!
This was a plane that I fixed in early March with a dent in the wing. My first response to the request was to turn the job away because I never dreamed I’d be able to fix an airplane wing. The dent was on the edge of the aluminium wing and looked to be impossible to access however, I was allowed by the certified mechanic to remove all the lights and search for access. With the lighting removed I was able to reveal an opening that granted access an great leverage. The dent came out perfect and saved the owner over 2000 dollars and a report to the commision. I charged very little because it happend to be a friends error when he was parking it in the hanger.

Brand New Camaro
This was a brand new camaro with a small dent in the body character and I had to remove the inner body panel to repair it. I couldn’t fit a tool in the panel so I manipulated it by hand. It came out great and I charged $125.00.
